Broken Glass

by *Brandi*   Jan 5, 2006

Somewhere beneath the screams and cries
A little girl is crying in fear for her life
Daddy got angry and pushed her down
In a violent rage he throws things around

A piece of glass has sliced her cheek
The crying and screaming has made her weak
She tries to move to somehwere safe
But her bruising and bleeding has left no way

She finds the glass that hurt her before
And picks it up from the blood on the floor
Thinking of the other nights like this
With the glass, she slits her wrist

The blood is pouring from her arm
Soon she'll be away from the harm
Daddy looks with tears in his eyes
Realizing he made his little girl die
