The way you did it.

by Passionate   Jan 6, 2006

You lied to me,
you lost.
the key to my heart has been tossed.
here it is , all back,
what do you, Corie, think of that.
you said you didn't want me to get hurt?
if you cared that much you would see my worth.
and believe me it was not the choice that did it,
it was the way you full-filled it.
it wasn't her that i hated,
it was the fact that you dated.
if you'll allow me to sit here tonight,
you'll see tomorrow that I'm alright.
you'll wake one day once more,
and realize that if i hadn't walked out that door at first,
i just did here.
now.
gone.
lost like the blue stone.
so i do hope your happy,
cause I'll take all those chances,
hell even i can make fake romances.
cover it up.
leave it alone.
you'll see me in your dreams down the road.
it wasn't the choice,
it was simply your voice,
you made me believe,
think i was she.
now i don't care what the hell you think.
you allowed me to tell you the deepest ways that i felt,
and told me too a lie that among you dwelt.
love never fades,
so I'll say it today...
Goodbye Corie, to bad i adored the, too bad that love isn't true. Goodbye Corie, forget me...
cause I'm done forgetting you.
