Everyday i go to that same spot on the field
to watch the old man feed the birds
and the dogs chase each other around
but one day, everything seemed weird
there was no old man, no birds
and no dogs chasing each other
it was just an awful looking gloomy day
everything was just going so wrong
then BAM!, i look to my right and there you are
so as i stop and pause to take a look
i noticed in the background was his car
the girl of my dreams with the guy
who once at one point of time made my
life a living hell
just starting at you with him brought a tear to my eye
knowing the past, i couldn't bare to stay
so i decided to up and run away
as i am running home, i trip over a rock
and as i am getting up, there you are
the angel of my dreams
but why are you here ? i ask
and she says, I've been watching you from day one
every time i was with him, i would think of you
wishing i would find something to do
to fight this urge i have for you
though we have never chatted before
i would like to get to know the man of my dreams
so as i look into those nice brown eyes of yours
i ask, will you be mine forever ?
and the response was, YES, I've loved you since forever
