Yesterdays' Feelings

by CHAOTIC   Jan 7, 2006

One Winter Night, Gazing On A Star
I Only Had One Wish In Mind
Now, Just A Week After
It Seems That My Plea Was Declined

My Wish Was For Something To Change
These Feelings I Have For Him
But Seeing You Again Today
And My Heart Aching That Way
Chances Of That Were Grim

When You Turned Your Eyes On Me
My Stomach Dropped To The Floor
And When Your Hand Brushed Mine
The Shivers Down My Back, I Couldn't Ignore

When We Laughed At Someone's Jokes
And You Would Turn Just Slightly Red
A Lump Formed In My Throat, My Knees Melted
And The Blood Rushed To My Head

It's Not Right To Feel Like This
I Hate Our Twisted Little Mess
How Hard It Is To Care About You
Knowing Full Well You Don't Want Me Too

One Night, I'll Make A Wish
The Same Wish From Before
I Need These Feelings To Go Away
Before They Go Spinning Out Of Control
