Wondering

Sometimes you find yourself with a guy,
And you don’t exactly know why.
Is it because he is a guy?
Or is there something in you that loves him.

You like the way he holds your hand,
The warmth in you it creates.
You like the softness of his lips,
As they touch yours so softly.

You like lying on his chest,
Listening to the rhythm of his beating heart.
Is that heart beating because of you??
Or on it’s own

You like it when his arms is around you,
Holding you safe and close.
When he says he loves you,
Do you know if you love him back?

When he says he would do anything for you,
Would you do anything for him?
Does your heart kind of flutter when he is around?
Or does it continue its slow rhythm.

When he calls you do you really like to hear his voice?
Or do you like knowing that a guys is talking to you?
When your hands are tight together,
Is your heart doing the same?

I know you think you love him,
But do you really.
Is it love that is keeping you together?
Or the fact that you are with someone.

Think about these simple things,
When he is asking you if you are true.
And if you don’t think you are,
Maybe it just isn’t meant to be.

Love is a two way street,
And if one lane is closed,
The traffic needing to make a relationship strong,
Will forever be gone…
