i remember when i use to walk
into your house through the back door
that was fun to do
what happened between us ?
i mean, i know we were only 13 at the time
but what we had was great
i was like a fish to your bait
your beauty and personality is what i liked
when you went out with other guys, it was coo
but you weren't my boo
my outside showed everything was good but inside, it was different
one time when i spent the night at your house
and i saw you in the kitchen kissing him
Man, when i saw that.... it was.... i don't know
words couldn't explain how i felt when i saw that
i guess i can describe it as my heart being a baseball
and somebody beating it with a bat
it hurt so bad, i never felt that before
i wish me and you could been something more
but we are not
we are just some good best friends if that's what you want to call it
it would be better if i can talk to you every now and then
but i know how boyfriends are, so its all good, we will one day
get our time together, like the old days
