And your face is so distant
I can’t remember your name
I wonder if this is my fault
Am I to really blame?

I passed you in the street
It was not that long ago
The same thing started to happen
Everything was put on slow

You walked straight past me
You took not even a glimpse
And I have been thinking of you

I won’t forget about the memories
They haunt my dreams most nights
The love you showed was destroyed
