Confused love

Why do i love you, when i kno i cant have you,
why do i need you, when i kno i dont want you,
why do i listen, when i kno i dont care,
why do i love you?
why do i still care?

this poem is a bit confusing but thats what love is, confusing at times, please vote and comment it wuld mean alot, thanks
