Reflected Hearts

The reflection of your light bounces back towards my face
Illuminates my world with the warmth of your embrace
It sparkles in the day and shines throughout the night
With a blanket full of love to keep my hopes in sight

The embers of your fire rise to surround my soul
Empowered by your kindness to make my heart more whole
Shimmering in the light and more radiant in the dark
Your glowing aurora leaves an ever glowing mark

*My one and only 'Love' poem. Still needs some work because as you can see it is very short. I have some ideas for further stanzas but can't put the words together yet.

    I think you should quickly expand this poem. It certainly has great potential for something more. I like the way you used light and fire to relate your emotions. These are great sets of words and you did a wonderful job in the flow. I'm looking forward to more of this. Thanks for sharing. =)
