Her lifeless body
limp and cold
she was beautiful now
as he could ever know

the police would arrive soon
for gun shots aren't well ignored
he had to find a way
to get rid of the corpse

regret filled his thoughts
she would let him live
he wasn't forgiving
so instead he killed

the river was a few miles away
at the bottom her body will lay
by morning everyone will know shes missing
but he'll escape the truth some way

he looked at the blood splattered on his body
he would have to hid his dis-tasteful face
guilt was a horrible thing
and he is guilty of disgrace
