In So Deep

Wake me up from this dream,
I must be asleep.
Snap me out of this trance,
That I'm in so deep.

My life has turned around,
I can't believe its true.
I pinch myself three times,
I'm not asleep I'm with you.

It's like I'm still dreaming,
Bouncing around from cloud to cloud.
I get this funny feeling.
Like I never want to come back down.

Listening to the raindrops,
Dripping on the roof.
I wish you could be here with me,
And you know that's the truth.

Whether I'm in the rain,
Or in the middle of a storm.
I can just look into your eyes,
And immediately feel warm.

Staring out my window,
Watching the lightning in the sky.
I'm still thinking of you,
And your bright green eyes.

Thinking of the days to come,
And when I'll see you again.
I realise you're not just my guy,
But also my best friend.
