I have come to except
that it never ends
there is only one thing that does
happiness

nothing else
the feelings of regret
will forever haunt you

the feeling of sadness
is at home in your heart

the feeling of longing
loves to pull you close, then let you go

the feeling of pain
deeply enjoys bringing you to your knees

all these horrible feelings
will forever stay
and the one feeling you want to keep
will leave you in the woods
with no crumb trail to follow

i am OK with this
now
there is no reason to fight it
happiness only brings more pain anyway, Right?
