Hopeless and lost
confused and scared
lonely and broken
shed a single tear
i cut because I'm lost
and horribly hurting inside
i have no control
i try to take hold
but its pointless
its already done
i cut once again
and another once more
i need to get help
to not feel this way again
to gain trust in people
and to have people believe
that this is my problem
and ill cut once again
just to prove to them
that I'm only hurting me
not them.
~ I wrote this at a hard time in my life, and i soon realized that hurting yourself really does hurt others.
