Return of Spring

Spring is in the air
Can you not feel it
The breeze flowing through your hair
The sun rays glistening upon your flesh

Can you not hear it
The children laughing
As they play tag outside
The birds chirping
While soaring gracefully throughout the skies

Can you not smell it
The flowers blooming
The trees sprouting new leaves
The fresh rain that fell just last night

Spring is in the air
Time to start planning
Outdoor activities
For the year

Camping, fishing
Picnics, parks,
Campfires, hikes
What a joy it is for spring to come
