Last Kiss

by Jenny   Jan 11, 2006

I know how much you love me,
I know that you think we're meant to be.

And I hate to be the one that has to do this,
And I hate to think that this will be our last kiss.

But the passion has gone away,
And there is nothing left to say.

Please don't look at me with tears in your eyes,
They break down my pathetic desguise.

I have to get this out before I lose my nerve,
Because I know that I'm not the one you deserve.

I'm so sorry but we're better off just friends,
And I know that it hurts now, but time heals and mends.

I promise that you will always have a pleace in my heart,
I knew that you would right from the start.

I know that I'm going to regret this in the morning,
Especially when the birds start to sing.

But what I don't want to say is that I love you,
And I'm so scared that I don't know what to do.

The last stanza, i actually live by a code. don't say "I love you" until you are going to purpose.
