Body Clock..

She wakes to full blown light,
and turns to see a mans face,
what did she do last night,
and why is she in this place?

She looks down at herself,
and sees bruises everywhere,
her clothes are on the floor,
what she sees she Cannot bare.

She sits up and holds the quilt,
as she leans over to get her clothes,
some blood dripped on the floor,
from a cut deep on her nose.

She Rush's to get her clothes on,
and leaves the house with just one shoe,
she wasn't sure where she was,
or where she was going, she dint have a clue.

Down the road she sees a bus stop,
so she walks and sits under the shelter,
people are walking past her,
but no one stops to think'shall i help her?'

no one knows how this girl rolls,
or how she manages day to day,
she has to have sex with desperate men,
to get some money come her way.

every morning that she wakes,
she has the same thing on her mind,
working for stupid money,
sleazy men she has to find.

But her life wasn't always like this,
all at once so many things went wrong,
she has to family at all,
now that they are all gone.

so she resorted in prostitution,
to pay the rent and feed her baby,
hopefully things will get better,
but after all, thats just a maybe.

shes sure her death would be easy,
cause her life is surely hard,
its left her feeling,
physically,mentally and emotionally scarred.
