Because of You

by Bobbi   Jan 12, 2006

When I woke up this morning
I calmly got ready for school
Knowing that had been the last time
I would ever play the fool
I stopped by the kitchen
There was something I had to grab
But don't you worry none
It won't be you I stab
First period is history
I know I'll see you after class
But I won't say a word
Just glare at you as we pass
Next comes math
And I lay my head on my arm
Daydreaming the whole time
About how I'm going to cause harm
The bell dismisses us
Now it's time for shop
I'm starting my little play now
Let's take it from the top
Walk into the room
Go sit in the back
Wait just a few more minutes
And then stage my attack
You walk in the door
I stand up and walk to you
In front of our whole class I ask
"Are we really through?"
You open your mouth to answer
But I'm not done talking yet
So I tell you to shut up
"You don't know what I'm up to I bet
Now I'm not the type to gamble
But I'm gonna guess what you have to say
You're gonna ignore me forever
While I still think of you everday
I'm not happy with this
Even though you're okay with it
But all that happens now
Is because of your bulls hit"
He slowly shakes his head
"This isn't how it should go
I never loved you that much
But you should already know"
"I knew that already
But what you don't know
Is you just starred
In this dramatic show"
He stares at me in confusion
As I pull out the knife
And staring into his cold eyes
I Ended my life
"One line elbow to wrist
Now watch my blood flow
I smile for the last time
As I give in and let go"
