I'll Miss...

by Blutonium Boy   Jan 13, 2006

I'll miss your eyes so gentle and green,
I'll miss your skin, so smooth and clean,
I'll miss they day you turned sixteen,
I'll miss the holidays, like Halloween.

I'll miss the day we did befriend,
I'll miss the games we use to pretend,
I'll miss the flowers that I use to send.
I'll miss all the hours we use to spend.

I'll miss the day with the red rose,
I'll miss the day with the ring I chose,
I'll miss the good days, god sure knows,
I'll miss the bad ones too, I suppose.

I'll miss your smile so nice and bright,
I'll miss your hair shining with every light,
I'll miss my fire that you use to ignite,
But most of all, I'll miss tonight...

Another fantastic piece, I really enjoyed the rhyming, it wasn't forced, and that can be hard to do sometimes. A beautiful rendition of love. The third stanza was particularly special. Well done, Greta xo
