Foolish

by Katie Bennett   Jan 13, 2006

With hands trembling my body grows cold
A cruel life lived yet the storys untold
Many nights Ive waited up just to see your face
But you never came and yet you still cant be replaced
When I said you stole my heart I truly did mean it
But you wont give it back even if you dont need it
So I sit out in this frosty cold, frozen to the bone
And yet again I know that Im so all alone
But never does your handsome face leave this head of mine
And I know were finally be together, I just have to give it time
So I sit and I wait while my heart sits on a shelf
For this love I have is foolish, and deeply nothing else
