Everybody leaves
A disgusted look
As she sits alone on the floor
Her heart spills over it
But no one cares enough to stop
The one they hate
Their knife like words
Cut into her
Deeper than any blade ever could
She doesn't care enough about life to stop
Her tears are only for herself tonight
The selfish self pity
Sets her on the path of destruction
They're gone now
She lives on
Living the lie
So well, she might begin to believe
Everything would be OK
Until their next words
Which send everything crashing
And it's only a matter of time.
