All i can do is hide

I hear you open the door
I rush up the stairs
Try to hide but you get me
Push me against the floor
You tell me im nothing
Im an insignificant fool
What did i do to you
To make you this evil and cruel
Smash me into the bed
And laugh as i plead
The hate i see in your eyes
Makes my heart bleed
Every angry thing you say
Makes me want to slip away
But i cant
Because your crushing me
Inside and out
Then you just do it
Cover my mouth
As i try to scream and shout
When your done with me
You just get up and go
You leave me bleeding
So cold and alone
I feel as if i could just die
And untill next time
All i can do is hide
