Night After Night and Day After Day

Night after Night I wait for him to call.
Day after day I feel like without him I will fall.

Night after night I see him in my Dreams.
Day after day I remember nothing my be as it seems.

Night after night I cry myself to sleep.
Day after day I sit there and weep.

I realize sometimes he is the only reason I chose to live,
but I have nothing more to give.

If only he could see
that I have given him the best of me.

    Another powerful write. Great Job.
    I really like this one it is a fav of mine out of your poems. Ilikethis writing style that you used as well as starting each paragraph with night after night/day after day....that is a very tough style to write and have great flow...
    The only thing is the last line:
    I only wish he could see that I have given him the best of me.

    Would have also been nice in this format:

    I only wish he could see
    that I have given him the best of me.

    If you had kept it like that the flow would havebeen undisturbed.

    But hey that is just my opinion you are the creater and artist and I think you wrote this flawlessly....again I really enjoyed reading it.
