Failing

I'm failing,
I'm falling
just wasting away

Not strong enough,
not bright enough,
take me away

I am so far gone
and done with it all
throw me away

I thought I quit
but there's too much
temptation to stand

I hate me so,
it's time to die
take out the knife

no more tears
except my blood
and final goodbye

Not really going in that direction again meaning I am not going to try and kill myself again, but those feelings come back every once and a while and I needed to write them out of me or at least try. I just had a lot of negative emotions that I needed to write out, and from there my pen took over and I came up with this. A bit of my past written on paper. Let me know what you think.

    Well, i can relate to this a lot...and in that sense i really love it, it is sad tho that people think like this, even i will admit it i hate thinking like this, but i cant change how i feel...But, it was wonderful

    Excellent poetry! I can relate to this so much. I loved it because it was short but captured a lot of emotion. When you can relate is the time that you feel the pain the most. Keep it up girl! 5/5

    This was good! Short but good. It held alot of emotion. And I liked that. It's good that you put your feelings down on paper, To help you through things.

    I think I have done 6 or 7 poems so far, Was that how many I was meant to do? If I was meant to do more, Please just tell me in my thread. And Thank you again for the comments and advice. It helped alot!

    Another good poem! I understand what you mean by needing to let your feelings out. I do that a lot in my poems too. I think I mostly write them so that I won't do anything too drastic that could have negative consequences later on.
