She called him Ray
One of her best friends
Ray would shine
as the sun came out
He would fade as the night
came about

He taught the girl how to cope
how to fight back tears
The ones she has been
living with all these years

Despite the things
Ray did for her
she always came back with scars
sometimes deeper than others
each cut Ray inflicted
she got more additicted

One day she dicided
to take Ray out but
this time would change
It was going to be the last time

As she cut
her mind goes blank
her heart beating so fast
that her chest was sore
That all came to an end
when Ray went to deep
for that she lays on the floor

Faintly calling for help
but nobody hears
all she sees is Ray
The one who helped her past years

The one that has now turned
his back to the wall
she calls him by his full name...
