What is Black?

Black is a regret,
That you can never forget,
Black is all your fears,
And everything that's ever caused your tears,
Black is the feeling of being alone,
It's the only colour that's on it's own,
Black is the pain,
That tells you there's nothing else left to gain,
Black is being unwanted,
Teased and taunted,
Black is the little girl's childhood,
That needs to be understood,
Black is the hate I have for you,
It's the only thing my heart knows what to do,
Black is the gift of taking things for advantage,
And it is the only thing that covers it up like a bandage,
Black is a longing for everything you've lost,
And seeing all the things you've ever tossed..

And That is black...
