Lost You!!

From day one, I knew you both
You both knew me

You taught me everything
Now I only have one

You're gone
I wish you didn't have to leave

What did I do wrong
I didn't deserve this

Why me?
Why my family?

I'll miss you and everything you ever taught me
I'll miss everything we ever talked about

If it hadn't been for you, I wouldn't be here
Now that you passed on, I have to remember

I have to remember all the good things
And forget all the bad

Now I just have to thank God
That you were my father

You will be missed
Missed by everyone

I wrote this poem becuase my best friend is losing her father and it affects me in many ways. I dont know how else to let it out.
