To President Bush

by *Sweet as your worst nightmare*   Jan 19, 2006

How can you sit there and say every things alright?
Why are you so calm?
Innocent people are being killed, and partly your to blame.
These families lose their loved ones when you sitting in that chair
Just thinking of a new way to fix your mistake
There are better things
Things that will save, not kill
Things that will stop young children from crying
But no
Your mistakes are our mistakes
I'm glad to know you care
Our people are dying
Families are crying
While you sitting in your chair
He thinks hes innocent,
That hes not to blame
How can he say that?
He not on the end of the chain
Receiving is one thing
But giving is worse
He says these things
But people are dying
And desperately trying
The escape is hidden...
The truth is gone...
How?

Very true. Arrogance and bloody mindedness can be a strength but without wisdom or the ability to admit mistakes it a fools curse.
I like what you have to say in this poem but I do think you seriously need to edit it somewhat.

You need to edit this poem.. There are a lot of errors to it; that bothers me, lol.

Now.. About the poem.. I really liked it because it's so true. He doesn't know what it's like and he just keeps sending people out there...
