As the tears slowly dry up,
And the sun starts to come out,
And the birds start to sing a beautiful song,
I smile just because i made it to the new day alive!
I thank my God for my very existence on this planet.
I thank my God for creating my friends and shaping our destinies so we would meet.
I can now smile at the world instead of hiding away from it all.
I leaned slowly to take more responsibility and to stand up for what i believe in.
Without my faith and my trust in my friends i would be in heaven already.
Without the love from my friends i would be dead.
So when the birds sing their beautiful song i smile because I'm alive!
