Raindrops from on a crimson red rose
Beautiful exterior but inside nobody knows
The pain is lurking in the thorns below

12 thorned roses you give to me
And you watch as my fingers bleed
Never knowing the true pain you caused me

12 thorned roses lie on the floor
Crimson blood drips from the wound you just bore
And as you laugh I cant take it anymore

Ive given up, I lose, you win
By hurting me, you committed a sin
For it wasnt the roses; it was the thorns within
