Conformity mold

by Busted Halo   Jan 19, 2006

Its music that consumes me
Racing through my veins
taking over completely

With each breathe comes a new song
trapped miles away in my mind
is where they belong
Imprisoned in a corpse
But I wont be held for too long
Before I escape this ticking time bomb

I am released through a Cd's singer
Pain relief given through a guitar amp speaker
Some say I'm a hopeless dreamer

Although when my stereo is on
I am awakened from society's slumber
Becoming one with the music,
my heart beat keeps up with the drummer
Sending electrical impulses through my brain
Double bass petals as clear as thunder
As smooth as drops of rain
To me its the 8th world wonder
Emotions so intense, making me feel insane

Some say I'm musics riddle
Because I sing in Morse code
Many do not comprehend
But in my lyrics,my love is for told
Resolve the puzzle, put the pieces together
And my soul you will behold
Play the song into the night
So I may slip through the cracks in life's conformity Mold.
