I can't say that I loved you
Cause it's you I hardly know
But I want to change that
Let my friendship show

Back a few years ago
We would just chill together
Watching movies, Just hanging out
Sitting outside in the nice weather

We would hang out late at night
And just talk about our past
Now I sit here wondering
Why our friendship didn't last

I want to get to know you
We've both changed, we're mature
I want to be your friend
But it seems you're unsure

But until you change your mind
I'll just sit here and wait
For you to call my phone
And ask me on a date

    Hey, this is a very nice poem. I love it. You know, these days we girls have to have more courage to tell a guy what we feel, because if you wait for them to tell you.... forget it, that can take forever. So go ahead and say it.
