Freedom Within

The reoccurring nightmare,
that fills within my soul,
don't change, don't be different,
no secrets remain untold;

A world of hate,
will lead to demise,
but if you continue giving in,
don't be surprised;

Trustworthy,
loyal,
no, they can't describe you,
what becomes of the moral;

A never ending cycle,
of hurting hearts,
crushed dreams,
right from the start;

Amazingly, they managa,
to pull through it all,
never standing out,
always following along;

You become united,
yet stressing for difference,
and always holding it in,
you must commend with it;

It hurts us all,
not just the inside,
it ruins our identities,
forces us to collide;

It's an addiction,
abusive and true,
moving along aimlessly,
continuing without a clue;

Freedom within,
drowning in monotony,
continuing in life,
an inevitable hipocracy;

Break free,
don't continue the chain,
following along resisting yourself,
the hatred will remain.

Freedom within.
