Barely Alive

by ~*~*Jenna Leigh*~*~   Jan 20, 2006

Dangling by chains around my neck,
wrists cut and bleeding out,
drunk as hell like no one before,
this is where I'll be.
slipping farther underground,
beaten and broken,
dead but alive.
this is who i am.
pushed under like nothing at all,
stabbed in the heart but i don't feel it at all.
here i am murdered here,
cant you see me?
I'm lost and dead,
but still in your door,
banging and wishing for you to let me back in,
remember all the good times we had?
thats whats helping me back to life.
but still I'm,
dangling by chains around my neck,
wrists are cut and bleeding out,
drunk as hell as no one before.
slipping farther underground,
beaten and broken,
dead,
but barely alive.
