The day i will never forget

It was a nice day,the sun was shining,the birds were singing.
We were all at the park,
we liked to call it a family picnic.
dad was by the lake fishing with the guys.
somehow you got the impression he was by the lake with my mom.
i seen you hit him,and with every strike i felt the pain.
i stood up and said "i hope you go to jail"
thats when it happened,
You caught me off guard.
you were quick,
like a tiger pouncing on his prey.
I remember like it happened yesterday.
You hit me!!
was it because of what i said?
or was it because you were jealous
because i was one of his first kids?
well it doesn't matter now..
because i know some thing you don't. some thing like that i will never forget, its not pay back i am looking for.because you got what you deserved. all i want is an apology.

this really happened to me my step mom really hates me she used to hit me all the time but no one ever believed me till this day happened.
