Sometimes I hear people saying
�I hate this life I lead
This homework takes so many hours
There�s no time for me�

These people only focus
On what they think is bad
They never seem to think about
Everything they have

Life is short, don�t focus on
The bad and things you lack
For you have much more than you think
Than things that don�t come back

Family, food, a roof, a life
Are things you all might have
But others don�t have anything
So life is twice as bad

Some people live in boxes
Some drink from dirty streams
Others don�t have food
Even more have disabilities

So, be glad that you�re not like that
Be glad for what you have
Be glad that you�re so lucky
To have the things you have

For many people
Would just love to
Live the life you do

Don�t be ungrateful
Be glad for things
And never dare to dwindle

Don�t wish for more
Than you�ve been blessed
And live on free of burden
