As I walk this world

Of cold and darkness

She puts her hand in mine

And lifts me away to paradise

She has beauty

That surpasses any gem

Her eyes full of kindness

Her touch so warm and comforting

that it soothes me into a dream-filled sleep

from which I fight not to wake

I hold her close to me

For as long as I can

I know that she cannot always stay

But I know that

She will stay in my heart, now and forever

She lives among the clouds

Always deep in my dreams

There she waits for me to come back

So that I can look deep
