I miss the way people used to see me.
I never had to worry if i was setting a good example
I never had to worry if i was being a good representation of you
Now it lingers on my mind, always there to see in everyones eyes
Make them see the true me i say
past the alchol and drug abusing
Let them see the light within...the child
Let them see me
Let them see the princess that only takes the poisen to escape
Only bites the shiny red apple because he says it will help
Its no antidote this i know
I can only escape for a few hours on hold
My innocence is getting so dim
