Broken Away!

My heart is broken,
My life is blue,
I don't know what to do,
If I don't love you,

I gave you my heart,
And you broke it in two,
You'll never ever know,
How much I love you,

The pain I feel inside,
Is burning up my dreams,
I knew you loved me,
But everything is not what it seems,

But now that it's over,
I feel so sad,
And deep down inside I'm hurt,
Angry and mad,

You act as though,
You never even cared,
Like you don't even remember,
The times we shared,

I now think and wonder,
If you still love me,
But I now know our love is
A far distant memory,

You've probably forgotten,
Or perhaps doing something new,
But you know in your heart,
That I will always love you.

    I really enjoyed this poem but the first stanza had a rhyme scheme of ABBB when all of the others had ABCB. I think this makes it slightly confusing, but other than that it was great. Nice work x
