All I Need Is You

I sit in my window,
overwhelmed with sadness.
My eyes filled up with tears,
and rage caused all the lies.
I listened to the wind,
and I can still hear your voice.
I stare out my window,
at the clouds I see your face in the clouds.
I listen to music,
and every song reminds me of you.
I watch the computer screen hoping to see you come on.
But then it becomes clear you're gone.
I write poetry,
and wait for you to catch my drift.
I cry my eyes out,
and wish I could change the past.
I wear smiles,
and I feel the pain.
I look at my arm lined with scars from a blade,
I watch everyday.
I wait for the grass to grow,
so tall, so I can't see out my window.
I eat,
and hope that will let you know.
I did listen to you,
so why you have to go?
I yelled,
yet all I needed was attention.
Now,
all I need is you.
