For You

I'm sorry that it took so for me to write this for you,
but I was all caught up with stuff that I had to do,
so here it is, a poem made from my heart,
and I hope your not mad and won't rip this apart,

Every little thing about you is what makes me care about you,
may sound cheesy, but believe me it's true,
when I see your smile, I get so happy,
since their is so much in common between you and me,
I always wait for you to send me a letter,
because all it does is make me love you even better.

It's been awhile since me and you talked,
and you always leave when my name is shown in that box,
I miss talking to you with the weird questions you ask,
and I can't stop thinking about you while I'm in class.
Your face is always showing in my mind,
and it comes and goes in a straight line.

I hope you read this poem and understand that I do care,
and think that your nice and really fair.
Just because we live so far apart,
doesn't mean that I can't care for you in my heart.
