This is heartbreaking. I can completely relate to this, I haven't been back to my home town since my dad's funeral and I don't think I ever will.

"Time and distance have changed the canvas
Once painted by a little child`s finger..."
^^^ I love this line! Great stuff!

This is an excellent piece, full of bittersweet nostalgia and sadness. Some great use of images, the little details make it more real.Nice flow throughout, excellent conveyance of emotion.Very heartfelt, a sad, harsh reality of the people and things we lose as we grow older.Great piece.

Wow. This was really good. The last line that you had "I won't be coming home ever again" Really added more power to the poem. Great job! 5/5

I don't quite understand it but I think it's great because it's very mysterious and the description's fantastic. You're very talented.

    Wow... I'm speechless...
This is so deeply touching, I felt every line.
Sadness of this piece is entwined with the beauty of your poetical expression, and that mix made amazing and heartfelt combination. Whole poem is also very unique.
I like the topic that you picked, and the fact that you put your heart in this piece.
I can't chose my favorite part, every stanza is simply flawless.
This poem is going to my favorites.
