I Was Thinking

by Natasha   Jan 26, 2006

I was thinking about the feeling that you can't say a word,
Hoping on the inside, that some one might have heard.
The screaming for understanding, the praying for a friend,
The wishing for something special, crying your heart to mend.

I was thinking about the feeling that you can't think a thought,
Your brain grown to ice, of all the fights that you have fought.
No one seems to care, about the tears you cry at night,
And no one seems to notice, the blood with which you write.

I was thinking about the feeling of not being able to move,
A feeling of not belonging, a pain you can't remove.
No one seems to see the fears you face all day,
And the feeling of being desperate, hoping he dies one day.

In cases like this, death can be a release to those trapped in silence.
