Cold

I feel numb
So cold and empty
And theres nobody to help
To break my icy barriers
To care if Im dead inside
To bother with my bleeding mind

But then
An emotion?
But its only the ever present
Overwhelming sense of loneliness
And sadness that consumes me
Smothers me, makes it hard to breathe
Making its way to the surface
A constant reminder
