Breathe No More

by MethodtotheMadness   Jan 27, 2006

She laid there, eyes wide open.
Couldn't take another day, couldn't take anymore.
She had deemed herself unlovable
Her heart lay an open sore.
She had no one to turn to, didn't know what she should do,
So late one night quietly she closed the door.
Sobbing silently, shaking with fear
She pulled the trigger and fell to the floor.
Her last thought was "I'm finally home."
She closed her eyes.
She'd breathe no more.
