I think it was a pretty alright poem. It was sad and heartfelt but rhyming isn't really my type of thing. I could find nothing wrong with it except you were missing an r in one word.

I loved this one. It was really good. The rhyming wasn't forced, It all flowed in well! Fav line;
"Just hold me once more,
Before my heart shatters to the floor."

Definatly not one of your better ones, but still good in its own way. you seemed to be struggeling with your rhymes as you got farther along in the poem. remember a poem doesn't have to be long, its best to keep it short and simple, as to not lose the idea, or emotions. 4/5
