Someday

by Lithium   Jan 28, 2006

A thousand soaked tissues,
From the million tears,
Facing the hard fact,
I won't see you for years,

The endless waking hours,
Filled with thoughts of you,
How much you're missed,
And cried for its true,

Through the day my eyes are dry,
To hide the pain seen at night,
A smile to cover the hurt,
The dark overcoming light,

I black my eyes so you don't see,
The rings that seem to form,
I go about my daily routine,
And watch the outside storm,

This place, this song,
All remind me of our time,
Our time together that was so fun,
Something you only once find,

I miss you and I'll never forget,
How I love you all the way,
From start to finish,
I was ok,

Don't let me go,
Photos are my only memories,
Of how happy I was with you,
You set my heart and soul free,

Letting go was too hard,
But although you're far away,
I know we will,
Meet again some day.

Dedicated to everyone in India, I miss you.
