They Never Understand

by Poplawler   Jan 28, 2006

They never understand
They say I should let it go
That he wasn't worth my time
Act like nothing seems to hurt

But deep inside I'm cryin

When I say I'm over it
It really means I miss
The ways he used to hug me
It felt more like this

You felt loved like one of them
Cared for speechless
nervous things just just seem to jump the fence

You want to seem hard to get
Yet I gave in so easy
A lesson that I won't ever forget
To never even had kissed him

Love has no understanding
Things just seem to fall
When you feel so high
The end just seems to call

Tears and hate
No fairness in this
How could this happen
he is mine only him

When you say f..u..c..k him
It really means I love him
When you done it
Your just afraid to front it

So broken and worthless
Like you no longer belong
Where you once felt loved
Between his arms

He seems to have moved on
With forgetten past
Like nothing ever happened
But I'm sure it has

Hopefully he regrets
It feels bad inside
Cheatin on me
wasn't the idea I want to hide
