Wishing on stars
that have long died away
Hoping they might answer
the prayers I've prayed

A sweet smile here
or a kind gesture there
a kiss on the cheek
To let me know you care

I wish upon my broken star
Unheard by your ears
As i silently smile
Hiding my fears

What would they do
If they knew what I've done
If they knew i was a monster
