I can feel us slipping away
drifting apart
i know it's gonna happen one day
you're gonna break my heart.

i know you're gonna break it
I'm not gonna deny
no i can't fake it
i think I'm gonna cry.

but who's shoulder can i lean on
if you're not there
if you're gone
does any one care?

I'm going to have a break down
no more smiles,
only a frown,
and you'll be asking why.

I'll leave you a note
telling you I'm sorry
don't cry, please don't
be happy for the times you spent with me.
