When You Say...Nothing...

You sit in silence, I sit in silence,
Your silence kills me so...
And you're always getting up and leaving,
When I beg you not to go...

You walk away, and don't look back,
Still you're silent in leaving,
Please don't go, just stay with me,
You left and I stopped breathing.

You're still walking, now at the door,
All I hear is a click,
I'm crying on my hands and my knees,
I know that this is it.

The door shut close and now you're gone,
And you're never coming back.
Once my heart was whole with you,
Now it's breaking...and cracked.

But now that it is shattered,
And in the dark I fall,
It hurts so much when you had left,
And when you said nothing at all...
